Since 1975 Age Well has to leading the way in supporting Orange County seniors. Our impact areas include advocating, planning, and developing services for all seniors – the frail, disabled, and active, regardless of economic status.

Because of your support we have been able to meet the increasing needs of seniors in our communities. Beyond the numbers there is a story for every person served, many who have been homebound. and isolated since March of 2020.
2021 was Age Well Senior Services' most impactful year yet. Together we served more Orange County seniors than ever before.

Community Impact
Served 342,474 home-delivered meals to 1,316 seniors/elderly and 75,747 congregate meals to 1,416 participants
Provided transportation to 64,568 medical appointments, adult day services, and senior centers to 1,834 clients
Provided 2,199 hours of case management and 2,428 hours of in-home supportive services to 232 elderly through the Case Management program

Community Impact
Served 323,138 home-delivered meals to 1,263 seniors/elderly and 78,918 congregate meals to 1,438 participants
Provided transportation to 66,483 medical appointments, adult day services, and senior centers to 1,225 clients
Provided 1,905 hours of case management and 2,428 hours of in-home supportive services to 224 elderly through the Case Management program
2015 – 2016
Community Impact
Provided 10,942 days of Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) and Adult Day Care (ADC) services at South County Adult Day Services to an average of 163 unduplicated participants and their families daily, Monday – Friday
Served 303,372 home-delivered meals to 1,211 seniors/elderly and 74,508 congregate meals to 1,549 participants
Provided transportation to 64,991 medical appointments, adult day services, senior centers, to 2,256 clients
Provided 2,178 hours of case management and 2,447 hours of in-home supportive services to 227 elderly through the Case Management progra
