Celebrating the Gift of Mobility

Age Well Unveils New Shuttle Donated by The Zyman Family Foundation

On a beautiful morning, the Age Well community gathered at the Florence Sylvester Senior Center for the exciting unveiling of our brand-new shuttle, generously donated by The Zyman Family Foundation. This 2024 Ford Transit 350, specially equipped for seniors with wheelchair accessibility and comfortable seating, will provide Laguna Hills and Laguna Woods seniors with newfound independence and access to day trips across South Orange County.
The event was filled with celebration, music, and gratitude. Tony Rogers, a Laguna Woods favorite, serenaded the crowd with lively tunes, making the day even more special. Attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch and came together to honor this incredible gift that will offer seniors the opportunity to explore cultural gems like the Bowers Museum, Rogers Gardens, and the Dana Point Ocean Institute.
This shuttle will be a lifeline for social connectivity and mobility, enabling seniors to participate in enriching excursions and fostering a stronger, more connected community. With heartfelt thanks to The Zyman Family Foundation, this gift will ensure countless miles of adventure and joy for the seniors in our community.
The dedication and support of The Zyman Family Foundation make a significant difference, enhancing the quality of life for our seniors. We look forward to seeing our community members embark on these exciting journeys, strengthening friendships and creating lasting memories along the way.

Thank you, Zyman Family Foundation!
