- Wellness Programs: include Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Balance and Mobility, Yoga for Parkinson’s, Laughter Yoga, and Sound Bath
- Creative Programs: feature Oil and Acrylic Painting, Guided Autobiography Info Session, Card Making, & Art for Healing
- Support Groups: for caregivers, grief, mental health, and VA-related services
