Dance Wellness
An energizing, music-filled class that improves mood, memory, and circulation while you move. Mondays at 10:15 AM.
Beginning Mah Jong
Learn American Mah Jong in a fun, welcoming setting. All levels welcome. Tuesdays 12:00–3:30 PM.
Transitions Support Group
Connect with others navigating life changes in a supportive group setting. 1st& 3rd Tuesdays, 10:30 AM–12:00 PM.
Veterans Social Group
First Tuesday of the month, 1 PM. Veterans & families welcome. Pizza included.
One-on-One Health
Hoag Community Nurse Navigators for health concerns, care planning, & education. Free by appointment.
Wedneswday Bingo
Enjoy a fun afternoon of Bingo each Wednesday. Cards go on sale at 1:00 PM; games begin at 1:30.
Caregiver Support Group
Meet other caregivers, share resources, and get support. Held the first Wednesday of every month at 10:30 AM.
Mahjong Fridays
Play Chinese Mahjong in a welcoming group for all skill levels. Beginners welcome. Fridays at 11:15 AM.
