On April 24, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom announced the Great Plates Delivered: Home Meals for Seniors.

The Great Plates Delivered Program is now live. To apply for the program in South Orange County, go to our Great Plates application.

Information regarding eligibility and how the program works will be included. All eligible seniors will be able to apply online. The Great Plates Program will run while funding is made available by the State and County. Once we launch we will be posting program updates as they become available, which you can access on our 'COVID-19 Response Portal'.

The State's general eligibility guidelines include:

Cities Served: Aliso Viejo, Capistrano Beach, Corona Del Mar, Coto De Caza, Dana Point, Irvine, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Silverado, Trabuco Canyon.
The impact of the COVID-19 virus has been unprecedented on our country, our economy and our people. The entire AGE WELL non-profit organization and volunteers are here on the front lines serving our seniors and providing Meals on Wheels during this pandemic who reside in all of south Orange County.
In addition, to meet this need we are also serving a Grab & Go Lunch to those seniors that wish to drive to one of our City Senior Center sites (Monday through Friday) to pick up meals. During this time, AGE WELL is continuing its vital Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program which provides seniors with transportation to their critical medical appointments such as dialysis.
Without continued support from our friends, Age Well would not be able to keep up with the tremendous increase in demand. We thank you for your support and friendship.
All of us, working together will get through this most challenging time and be stronger. Please stay safe, healthy and optimistic.

ANNOUNCEMENT

To our community:

In light of COVID-19 and at the recommendation of Governor Gavin Newsom, we have decided to temporarily close all Age Well Senior Sites. This decision has weighed heavily on us, as the safety, health & wellbeing of our senior community is at the core of this organization.

While our sites may be closed, we have worked to ensure all recipients of Meals on Wheels will be receiving their food deliveries, with minor amendments, but no disruption. In times like these, we must band together to support and ensure the safety of our most vulnerable and frankly, most lovable; our seniors.
Our community needs more support than ever, please consider making a contribution today by clicking the donate button, found above. You may also click here to donate.

For further questions, please call us at (949) 855-8033. Thank you for being apart of the Age Well Senior Services family.
